Meet Lois Burton – The Leader's Coach
With over three decades of transforming how leaders think, act, and inspire, I am honoured and humbled to have worked with so many great leaders and leadership teams, earning my reputation as "the leader's coach" who helps leaders become the best they can be.
From my early career navigating complex challenges across retail, finance, higher education, and criminal justice, to founding one of the UK's premier leadership coaching consultancies in 2000, I have consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible in leadership development. Accredited by ILM, Kornferry and ICF as a Leadership Development Specialist, Emotional Intelligence expert and Coach Trainer, and as the co-author of the acclaimed "The Art of Influencing," I bring a unique blend of deep empathy and fearless challenge to my work with CEOs, senior executives, and high-potential leaders across the globe.
My innovative coaching and training programmes reflect my core belief that extraordinary leadership isn't just about individual excellence – it's about unleashing the collective potential that transforms organizations and creates lasting impact.
My latest project has been developing the podcast "Leadership Horizons" which explores the evolving nature of leadership and encourages leaders to also push the boundaries and lead with the understanding that what worked in leadership yesterday will not take us into tomorrow.
